2. Account Registration and Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside of e88e's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or acts of government. e88e will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows where practicable.

9. Changes to These Terms

e88e reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the e88e platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
